With over 100 years as a Sheffield-based business, we’re an intrinsic part of local life. Generations of families have worked for us, and we know that it's future generations that will take us forward into our second century and beyond.
Being who you are and being part of a team are just two of the values that shape what we do. And we love activities that bring out the competitive spirit in people.
So, we are proud to sponsor our local ice hockey team Sheffield Steelers, and also Steelers F.C. - a football club for young people that champions inclusivity and taking part before anything else.
We also want to care for the places where we live and work, so we’re continually coming up with ways to engage people of all ages in activities that make Sheffield a better place to be.

With over 100 years as a Sheffield-based business, we want to remain an active contributor to the communities that surround us. We’re particularly inspired by causes that bring out the best in people, support young people or help anyone facing adversity.
Charity
Giving back is important. Need we say more.
Currently, we’re supporting the Children’s Hospital Charity, through donations and workplace events. We also stage various fundraising and charitable activities throughout the year which are determined by our employees, not senior management.
And we’re always mindful that, as a local employer, we should do all we can to support causes that make a difference to others, and also remind us of our wider responsibilities to the environment.

Outside of work we want to fuel the fire in others, so we currently sponsor our local ice hockey team Sheffield Steelers, and also Sheffield F.C. a local football club that champions inclusion and taking part to young people with a wide range of abilities.
